Powder Coating to Colour High Quality and Highly Durable Extruded Aluminium
One of the most chosen finishing stages for Luxurium extruded aluminium products is powder coating. This finishing stage refers to colouring technique used on aluminium surface using powder coating colour without solvent by spraying the colour vertically and horizontally using twelve sprayers, eventually resulting in soft and perfectly smooth colour. Powder coating is the most chosen for its high quality and durability that improve production efficiency and is suitable for huge scale production.
Powder coating done in the finishing of Luxurium extruded aluminium products has met the powder coating colouring technique standardized by JOTUN, allowing PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium to acquire Certificate of Approval. This certificate indicates that Luxurium products have met the requirements including powder coating tools, production process control, and technical knowledge related to powder coating in accordance to JOTUN Approved Applicator Programme. This programme is also suitable with the requirements of Qualicoat Class 1 and AMMA 2603.
