Focusing on customers’ satisfaction, PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium also guarantees on time delivery process. We appreciate the time agreed between customers and us, thus on time delivery is part of our benchmarks for customers’ satisfaction.
Furthermore, we continuously ensure Luxurium products quality and security during delivery process. This is aimed to keep the product quality from the time the products leave the factory until they arrive in the destination. All of the delivery team of Luxurium products have been trained to work in accordance to the company’s SOP of delivery.
For distribution to domestic areas, especially Java, we own a number of distribution vehicles ready to distribute Luxurium products to customers’ address. All of the vehicles are in new and prime condition, allowing us to reach all distribution areas in Indonesia.
PT Langgeng Makmur Aluminium is also committed to meeting international market demands, thus we also export our products worldwide. We collaborate with a number of vendors that have met the requirements for international distribution of extruded aluminium products.

Integrated and Certified Luxurium Extruded Aluminium Industry
In producing Luxurium extruded aluminium, PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium has acquired the ISO 9001:2015 certification in our Quality Management System (QMS). As a company that observes our surroundings, our company has also obtained an accreditation in environmental management done by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). Furthermore, our Coating Powder finishing process in Luxurium extruded aluminium products has already acquired Certificate of Approval by JOTUN.
