The Best Extrusion Machine with Huge Capacity and Various Dimensions
Aluminium extrusion refers to plastic deformation with previously heated aluminium billet placed in a heated container. Then, it is compressed to flow to the molds to make the desired shapes.
At present, PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium own sixteen extrusion machines with a capacity of 1,600 tonnes/month in each one, which is planned to be increased to 2,000 tonnes/month and 3,000 tonnes/month at the beginning of next year. The whole extrusion process is controlled following the standards of JIS H4100/ASTM B221, resulting in products that meet customers’ demands.
PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium accepts orders from 3.5″ to 8″ dimension extrusion, whereas the machine for the latter is able to produce CCD size at 240 mm in certain shapes and own water quenching system with the latest and advanced technology.
Extrusion Machine Capacity
PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium uses aluminium extrusion to create desired shapes. We currently have 16 machines with a capacity of 1,600 tonnes/month each and plan to increase it to 2,000 and 3,000 tonnes/month. We follow JIS H4100/ASTM B221 standards resulting in high-quality products. We also accept orders for 3.5″ to 8″ dimensions and use advanced technology in their water quenching system.

In producing Luxurium extruded aluminium, PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium has acquired the ISO 9001:2015 certification in our Quality Management System (QMS). As a company that observes our surroundings, our company has also obtained an accreditation in environmental management done by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). Furthermore, our Coating Powder finishing process in Luxurium extruded aluminium products has already acquired Certificate of Approval by JOTUN.
