Aging Process Using Oven to Produce Strong and Ideal Aluminium
In aluminium production process, PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium also focuses on ways to improve the strength and mechanical characteristics of Luxurium aluminium products. One of them is by improving the strength and mechanical characteristics of the aluminium alloy through heat treatment. This process is aimed to alter alloy’s micro structure, eventually changing its mechanical characteristics.
This heat treatment process in aluminium is also called aging process. This is done after aluminium goes through extrusion process, aiming to improve its mechanical characteristics. The aging process at PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium is done by putting extruded aluminium profile which has been arranged on top of the pallet into a high temperature oven for certain period of time.

Furthermore, our Coating Powder finishing process in Luxurium extruded aluminium products has already acquired Certificate of Approval by JOTUN.
