The Best Aluminium Basic Ingredients Smelting Process
PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium continuously provides the best extruded aluminium products for our customers. Through highly supervised quality control (QC) system, we always check all aspects related to the quality of Luxurium extruded aluminium products.
We own a laboratory with comprehensive tools to equip the quality control process of Luxurium extruded aluminium products. This process is done in every aspect of the products, including basic ingredients, production process, extra materials added during production, and final product.
One of the quality control (QC) steps done on Luxurium production process is spectrophotometry test. This is done in order to find out billet concentration resulted from melting process of basic ingredients of extruded aluminium. If the concentration meets the specification, the production process will continue to aluminium billet extrusion process.
These tests play an important role in the whole production process that the findings should meet the specified criteria established by the factory before the final products are distributed to customers.

In producing Luxurium extruded aluminium, PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium has acquired the ISO 9001:2015 certification in our Quality Management System (QMS). As a company that observes our surroundings, our company has also obtained an accreditation in environmental management done by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). Furthermore, our Coating Powder finishing process in Luxurium extruded aluminium products has already acquired Certificate of Approval by JOTUN.
