Quality Management System (QMS) Certified ISO 9001:2015 by SGS
ISO 9001:2015 Certification is an international standardized certification for Quality Management, which can also be referred to as Quality Management System Certification. This certification establishes various requirements, guidance, and recommendation for design and evaluation of a Quality Managgement Certification. This certification aims to guarantee that products or services provided by a company meet the standards instituted by the world standardization organization, ISO.
When a company successfully pass the auditing process and acquired ISO 9001:2015, it means that the company has met various requirements established internationally. This allows the fulfillment of consumers’ specific needs, in other words, the company is responsible for their product quality.

Coating Powder Finishing Process which has acquired the Certificate of Approval by JOTUN
PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium owns various finishing processes which customers’ can choose from based on their needs. One of the most chosen finishing processes is Coating Powder finishing. This process refers to a colouring process done on extruded aluminium surface using certain coloured dyes.
Powder Coating finishing process is a favourite for its high quality and durable products. This finishing process can be done in a huge scale, improving production efficiency in terms of both time and quantity.
Powder Coating done in Luxurium extruded aluminium products finishing process has met the Coating Powder colouring techniques standardized by JOTUN, allowing PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium to obtain a Certificate of Approval. This cerification indicates that Luxurium products have met the required terms, including the tools used in powder coating process, production process control, and technical knowledge related to Powder Coating in accordance to JOTUN Approved Applicator Programme. This programme is also in accordance to the requirements of Qualicoat Class 1 and AMMA 2603.
SNI Certificate
The Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Certification
The Indonesian National Standard (SNI) is a standard by the government to regulate the production outputs of individuals, entities, or companies on a national scale. These standards are formulated by a Technical Committee and enforced by the Indonesian National Standardization Body (BSN).
The objective of this standardization, mandated by government regulations, is to enhance protection for various stakeholders such as business entities, consumers, workers, and communities.
SNI certification itself serves as evidence that a company or manufacturer has standards aligned with regulations in Indonesia. Companies with SNI certification also add value in the eyes of consumers, as it is seen as a producer’s responsibility towards consumers.
PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium has obtained SNI certification (SNI 07-2122-1991), indicating that the products produced are reliable, meeting clear standards, and ensured quality.
TKDN Certificate
TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) Certification
TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) is the domestic content ratio in goods, services, and combinations of goods and services. As part of the government’s policy to increase the use of domestic products aimed at empowering domestic industries and strengthening industrial structures.
In the utilization of goods and services, the use of products must have TKDN and Minimum Company Weight (BMP) minimum 40%.
PT Langgeng Makmur Aluminium itself has successfully obtained a TKDN certificate with a weight of 52.08%. This indicates that the products produced by PT Langgeng Aluminium have exceeded the qualifications required by consumers.
GLI Certificate
Green Label Indonesia Certification
PT. Langgeng Makmur Aluminium has fulfil the criteria Green Label Indonesia. Aspects evaluated in the product criteria include general requirements, environmental management systems, heavy metals, carcinogenic and other hazardous substances, energy and water consumption, ecosystem impacts, packaging, and labelling.
The Green Label criteria aim to prevent and reduce the impacts caused by a product on humans, animals, and the environment, including soil, water, and air pollution. The issuance of the GLI certificate signifies that Luxurium products are safe and more environmentally friendly, thus providing added value in energy efficiency efforts. With this, Luxurium is recognized as a building and interior product based on environmental aspects.
